Federal Capture Manager
Lead federal pursuits across defense installations, USACE programs, FEMA mutual-aid work, DOE coordination, and prime contractor opportunities. Build the bid materials and the prime contractor relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do.
- Identify and qualify federal pursuits across defense, USACE, FEMA, DOE, and prime contractors.
- Lead proposal packaging for direct agency and subcontract pursuits.
- Maintain our SAM.gov, GSA, and NAICS registrations.
- Build relationships with prime contractors and federal program offices.
- Coordinate with operations on bid decisions and pricing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring.
- 8 or more years of federal capture experience in construction or infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of SAM.gov, GSA, and federal contracting vehicles.
- Past success on construction or electrical infrastructure awards.
- Comfortable with federal cost and schedule reporting standards.
- Eligible for a Top Secret clearance (active clearance is a plus).
NICE TO HAVE
Bonus.
- Existing relationships with prime contractors (Burns & McDonnell, Quanta, MYR, KBR, etc.).
- USACE or defense program office experience.
- FEMA Public Assistance program experience.
